Transfer video calls effortlessly
Transferring video calls is now as easy as transferring a phone call. Inspired by the ease of transferring patients during face-to-face visits - from reception to consulting rooms - Webcamconsult took on the challenge. After rigorous testing, we've introduced a reliable and efficient video call transfer feature.
Forward appointments with ease
Easily forward appointments to colleagues. Once forwarded, the recipient is notified via a pop-up and email. Practitioners or assistants can see real-time updates during the call, ensuring seamless communication.
‘Taking on’ appointments
Department administrators can now use the new 'switchboard' to manage appointments: speak to patients, exchange necessary information and then place the appointment on hold for the practitioner. To access this feature, department administrators must have the same permissions as practitioners within the Webcamconsult subscription.
